The program differs from Internship USA as it is primarily aimed at graduates and professionals with some work experience.

Duration

The Internship USA program lasts between 6 and 18 months, depending on the field and the type of organization hosting the intern.

Training Fields

Participants can choose a specialization in various fields, such as business, with the highest demand observed in the hospitality sector. In the United States, there is strong demand in hotels and restaurants. Common positions offered include customer service, receptionist, waiter/waitress, chef in kitchens, kitchen assistant, and similar roles.

The Trainee USA program includes intensive training aimed at the professional development of participants. It focuses on hands-on practice, supervised guidance, and familiarization with the professional practices and cultural aspects of the American business world.

Requirements

Status

Participants must either hold a degree (university, technical institute, or equivalent) with at least one year of work experience in their field of specialization, or have at least five years of work experience in the specific field if they do not hold a degree. The age limit is 34 years old.

Knowledge of English

A good knowledge of the English language is essential for participants to communicate effectively in the workplace.

J-1 visa

The Trainee USA program requires a J-1 visa, which allows participants to stay and work in the United States for the predetermined duration of the program.

  • The cost of the program depends on its duration, the field, and the collaborating sponsor in the United States.
  • Οι τιμές κυμαίνονται συνήθως από 3.100 € έως 3.400 €.
  • If the duration of the program is shorter then the cost is lower.
  • Program payments are made in installments, offering participants flexibility and ease of payment.
  • Ο μισθός κάθε συμμετέχοντα εξαρτάται πάντα από τη συμφωνία που έχει γίνει με τον εργοδότη πριν από την υπογραφή του συμβολαίου εργασίας.

The price includes:

  • Guaranteed work.
  • Προετοιμασία του υποψηφίου για τη συνέντευξη.
  • Συνέντευξη μέσω Skype με τους εργοδότες.
  • Ασφάλεια υγείας καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος.
  • Καθοδήγηση του υποψηφίου για όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες, τη συνέντευξη, την προετοιμασία των εγγράφων και τη συνέντευξη με την Αμερικανική Πρεσβεία.
  • Βοήθεια για την εύρεση διαμονής του υποψηφίου.
  • Πριν την αναχώρηση του υποψηφίου για τις ΗΠΑ πραγματοποιείται ειδική ενημέρωση με όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες σχετικά με την εργασία και τη διαμονή. Ο υποψήφιος λαμβάνει πλήρη καθοδήγηση για τα πρώτα του βήματα.
  • Συνεχής υποστήριξη του υποψηφίου καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος. Όσο ο υποψήφιος βρίσκεται στην Ελλάδα, έχει την άμεση υποστήριξη του Workation USA, ενώ κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής του στις ΗΠΑ, ο εκάστοτε σπόνσορας βρίσκεται στο πλευρό του.

The price does not include:

  • Το αεροπορικό εισιτήριο από και προς τις ΗΠΑ.
  • Το SEVIS έγγραφο ( κόστος 220$ ), γίνεται πληρωμή από προσωπικά λογαριασμό του υποψήφιου.
  • Τα έξοδα έκδοσης της αμερικανικής βίζας τύπου J-1.
  • Τα έξοδα διαμονής κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής στις ΗΠΑ.
  • Τα έξοδα μεταφοράς από το αεροδρόμιο προς το κατάλυμα ή τον εργοδότη.
  • Η διατροφή. Σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις, κάποιοι εργοδότες προσφέρουν ένα γεύμα, ανάλογα με το είδος της εργασίας.
