If you love nature, children, teamwork, and cultural exchange, this is your chance to become part of a global community of young people from all over the world.

You will work as a camp counselor or support staff, gaining valuable skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork, while also improving your English and experiencing a different culture from the inside.

Beyond work and responsibilities, relaxing evenings around the campfire, outdoor activities, new friendships, and a summer to remember forever await you.

And the best part?

After the program ends, participants have the opportunity to travel freely across the USA for an entire month, exploring dream destinations and iconic locations.

All participants in the Summer Camp USA program stay within the camp itself, in specially designed cabins or lodges provided by each camp.

Accommodation is fully organized, offering a safe and friendly environment in nature, where strong friendships are formed and unforgettable experiences are created.

In addition, meals are provided by the camp, ensuring that all participants have the necessary energy for daily activities and the creative camp program.

• Candidates live with the children and are responsible for their care.
• Accommodation is provided in larger rooms or dormitories, shared with other program participants or with the children — private rooms are not available.
• Most of the time, participants spend the majority of their days outdoors.
• The program includes 6 working days per week, and participants must be available during working hours according to the schedule.
• Access to the Internet and phone is limited. During working hours, phone use is strictly prohibited.

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• They are available from late May to late August, for approximately 8–11 weeks.
• They can work effectively in an English-speaking environment.
• They have some experience working with or caring for children.
• They are energetic, flexible, and prepared for long working hours.
• They are healthy and in good physical condition.
• They have a clean criminal record.

Participation dates are not strict; there is flexibility for adjustment.
